Yarn dyeing technology

Finishing works are carried out at the dyeing factory, during which fibers and raw yarn go through the dyeing process. At this factory you can get semi-finished products of different colors. Dyeing is carried out with active dyes, which ensures a longer service life of finished products with repeated washing. The factory is equipped with dyeing machines with a total capacity of 6.5 tons, which allows dyeing more than 16 tons of yarn and 2.4 tons of fiber per day.

Dyeing of yarn and fiber is carried out in Dilmenler dyeing machines with a capacity of 100, 200, 400, 600 and 1200 kg. The factory has the ability to dry in two ways: under high pressure in Dilmenler HT 600 units or in RF systems SRL and Stalam radio frequency dryers.

The use of certified and environmentally friendly active dyes and textile auxiliary substances allows you to get high quality, environmentally friendly products used by our customers in everyday life.

Highly qualified specialists of the dyeing factory developed their own color map of dyed yarn, allowing customers to easily select the desired colors. Customers also have the opportunity to choose colors from the conventional TPX color map and provide yarn/fabric samples of the desired colors to the dyeing laboratory. Dyeing specialists develop dye formulas and make dyeing samples. Finished samples are sent to customers for approval.

Strict quality control of the yarn produced is carried out during the entire production cycle. Products at every stage of production, from raw materials to finished yarn, are tested on USTER devices in an accredited laboratory of the enterprise.

The accredited laboratory of the dyeing factory is enable to develop colors of any complexity, to analyze for the content of chemicals, as well as to develop formulas and describe the whole process. Dyeing of yarn, dyeing of terry and knitted fabric is tested by the dyeing laboratory at each stage.

Quality control of dyeing yarn and fiber for melange yarn

The laboratory of the dyeing factory is enable to develop colors of any complexity, to analyze for the content of chemicals, as well as to develop formulas and schedule the entire cycle of the dyeing process to obtain the optimal result when dyeing yarn.

Quality control of yarn dyeing is carried out by an accredited laboratory of the enterprise. Each batch of dyed yarn is tested for dyeing resistance to various influences and treatments and is compared with the corresponding standard scales. The laboratory has developed its own base color map of dyed yarn, allowing customers to easily select the desired colors. In the absence of the desired color in the base card, customers report color codes TPX, TLC, or provide physical samples of the desired colors. According to the data provided, laboratory specialists develop dye formulas and make test colors. Ready-made designs are sent to customers for approval.
